         <description><![CDATA[Had it been an actual egg hunt, David Plese would have left little for the rest of the 418 competitors to find Saturday at C.B. Smith Park.

But he may have cracked some eggs when he took a nasty spill on a slippery bridge. The bloody scrape below his right knee was the only blemish in a runaway victory for Plese in Saturday's Egg Hunt Triathlon, which opened the Publix Family Fitness Weekend triathlon and duathlon series.
